The following changes are being implemented to ensure timely, appropriate, and effective support for all our patients:
- First-Contact Triage:
Every patient enquiry—whether by phone, eConsult or in person—will be triaged at the first point of contact
- Choosing Right Time to Call:
When enquiring about prescriptions, referrals, medical forms or any other administrative task, rather than calling at 8am we encourage calls after 10am.
